Delivery

There is only one charge of £4.00 with the exception of the delivery of operators or doors where prices will be quoted upon number of units ordered (plus VAT, making £4.70 at current rates) per delivery no matter how many items you order. This amount will be clearly shown in your shopping basket before you confirm your order

Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses, Northern Ireland, Scottish islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey and Guernsey.
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail and normally occur between 7am and 6pm. Currently the exact timing of delivery cannot be specified.
Please leave a day-time telephone number so that we can contact you if necessary. Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.

If you are not home when your goods are delivered, the carrier will normally leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery.

If any items you order are not available:
We will use the telephone or email details you have provided to contact you and discuss how you wish to proceed. If we are not able to contact you we will use our discretion and send you the items which are available and possibly a substitute for the unavailable item(s) or refund you accordingly.
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery you have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund.

Prices and Payment

The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out on the site and are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery will be charged in addition, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.

Regal Garage Doors cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges).

Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.

Your right to cancel:
You may cancel your order for goods at any stage before, and up to 30 days after, the goods are delivered to you by notifying us in writing at the address above or by e-mailing us at sales@regalgaragedoors.co.uk

We aim to process your order for dispatch to you within two working days of receiving it. Therefore, even if you do cancel your order shortly after placing it, it is possible that we will be unable to prevent any goods you have ordered being dispatched to you and you may then need to return them to us.

If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.

Returns and Refunds

On cancellation for whatever reason you must return to us the goods we have delivered to you. If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery we will meet the cost of return (but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier) and (at your option) replace or exchange any such goods; or refund you for the price paid including delivery charges. In all other circumstances we will (at your option) exchange the goods or refund you the amount paid for the goods only.

In the event you wish to return any of our products, email us at sales@regalgaragedoors.co.uk or call 0161 477 9613 and advise our customer services team you wish to return your goods. We will arrange for collection from your delivery address within one week of authorisation from our customer service team.

Refunds will be credited directly to the same debit or credit card used when placing the order. All refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of the returned order.

This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, which remain unaffected.

General

In these terms and conditions:-
"Regal Garage Doors" means, Regal Garage Doors Ltd and any other connected organisation that supplies the goods ordered by you and any successor to its business;

"We and Us" means Regal Garage Doors Ltd either alone or together with you, as the context requires;

"Working day" means every day of the year except weekends, and English statutory and public holidays;

"You" means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions;
We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).

We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of Regal Garage Doors Ltd.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.

We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. All sizes quoted are approximate.
To the extent permitted by law, Regal Garage Doors accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of the advice provided.

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
